Chia Pudding Recipe

This is the Easiest & Healthiest way to Consume Chia Seed.

Chia Pudding is made with almond milk, chia seeds & sweetener of  your choice.

Ingredients :- 

2 Tablespoon chia seeds 

1/2 cup almond milk or milk of choice 

1 teaspoon honey or other sweetener, optional 

Dried Blueberry, Dried Cranberry & Gojiberry or other fruits for topping ( Can Also Use Strawberry) 

Instructions. 

Pour ingredients into a jar and mix well (not the  Dried Berries or Dried Fruit) 

Let settle for 3 minutes then mix again well until you see no clumping. 

Cover the jar and store in fridge overnight or For Few Hours (minimum 2 hour) 

When you're ready to eat it, top with Dried Berries or your favorite fruit/ Dried Fruit and enjoy cold.
