Cooking Method 

  1. Grind Rolled oats to a fine powder, and transfer to a bowl. Add Suji, rice flour, yogurt, and some water and mix well ensuring that there are no lumps
  2. Add chopped onion, coriander, green chilies & finely chopped curry leaves.
  3. Add cumin seeds, ginger, pepper powder, and salt and mix well. Add Coconut & Mix Well.
  4. Heat some cold Pressed-Oil on a non-stick Tawa and wipe with tissue paper. Pour a ladleful of the prepared mixture and spread it into a dosa.
  5. Add some oil to the sides and cook till it is golden.
  6. Serve hot with green chutney or Ketchup.
